How long it takes for the PR update to be available ?

    In Google Webmastertools I see 258 links. Should I use the command link: ... with yahoo or google? I know google doesn't show them all.

    If you have quality backlinks you will get PR. Sometimes google toolbar is not accurate. Sometimes I can see my blog having PR0 and sometimes PR2.
