How Long is iTrader Feedback Editable?

How long after submitting iTrader feedback can some one edit their feedback? Wondering if the time limit was increased if it might be a bit of a deterrent to some deals that go go sour after a short period of time? Would a longer time limit (30 days?) be too long or make it prone to abuse?

I found that out while fooling around with it once. But I have no idea on how long.

I think you can do it in the first 8 hours after giving the iTrader feedback. Correct me if I'm wrong... :D

I think you're probably right Joe - makes sense since that's how long posts are editable.

This is why I'm wondering if increasing the time a member has to edit their feedback would be a good thing or not? I see threads where good deals might have gone sour later on, and if you've already submitted iTrader (usually positive) there's little way of someone in a new solicitation to know that previous deals/offers from this member have gone bad.

    Example:

How to deal with a DP member acting fraudulently?

If iTrader were editable beyond the initital 8hrs, this person might still be able to change his feedback.

Does this also leave the system open to abuse?
