    You may never feel the effect of your purchased backlinks if they are not relevant to your sites and your competitors have 100 times or more relevant backlinks...

    If backlinks are not related to your niche, then it is most difficult for you to get benefits, review your backlinks and your niche again. it will be helpful to you.

    I recommend creating great content that will earn backlinks.. you can't buy your way to good, long-term Google results (anymore)..

    IMO the majority of fiverr offers promising 20,50,100K backlinks for $5,$10,$20 are not only useless but would damage you instead.
    When you sell "oil" and get spammy comment backlink from a "t-shirts" blog, will sentence you to a multiplied future effort.

    I hope you are aware about the different Google algorithms which Google are running since 2009. That has changed a lot of thing about SEO, links and ranking. Now when you are saying that you bought a link for five bucks and expecting your website to be in Google top. That seems quite out dated to me.

    Before 2009, seo was quite simple. It worked like that you have just mentioned i.e. more links, better the ranking. But the game has changed since then. Quality, authority, relevancy, social shares, domain age are now some important issues which determines whether a link will have effect on your SEO campaign that you are running. And if you are not checking those factors before building links to your website, it may not even rank. More worse your site may get penalized too. This is how Google penguin has changed the outlook on links. Links has more power now, both positive and negative!

    Well technically you can, but the methods these guys are using will end with a penalized site. So it's best for them not to try.

    It's in your best interest not to buy any links from Fiverr. They're only there to nickel and dime people for money (chump change at that).
    Anyway it will probably be 30 days or longer for the new link sandbox. New links on new pages don't instantly transfer juice like they use to. Google is trying to stop the churn and burn sites from ranking too quick.
