How much time takes you submitting to google? What is better - submitting directly at submit page or wait when a googlebot reach page throught backlinks?

you don't have to submit pages to google. Google prefers to FIND pages by following links. To get into google fast, get as many backlinks as you can.

My personal experience, it takes from 2 days to 2 weeks for new pages to be indexed.

How much backlinks do I have to have? 100 or more?
Once I noticed that one page was indexed after a few days, when it had only 10 or less backlinks.

the more backlinks, the better. But I don't think you need 100 for that. Backlinks from more than 3 different domains will do the job. If you have a few backlinks from PR6 pages, it's likely you can get your new pages into google index in a few days. If the backlinks are from PR4 or less, it may take two weeks.

So long as Google can find your site it will index that page. Possibly only partially, but maybe many pages, it all depends on how G is feeling on that day lol. All you need to worry about is that Google can find your site via a link. Often times Google will come along hit your home page and index only that, then a coule of times after hitting it, G will start to run through your site.

Just submit your site to as many directories as you can. Plus, get as many BLs as you can get. Now, you probably only need a few BLs to be indexed, but think about the long term goal. The long term goal is high rankings ..... and the more the number of "quality BLs" you can get the better it's going to be. And make sure that the BLs have got the keywords that you are targetting in the anchor text.

Of course, to be indexed even one link from a higher PR site can be enough, but you don't want to stop there, do you???

I would recommend that you start off submitting your site to DMOZ, then to Yahoo and then to all other directories that you can find, sites related to your category, a lot of site have link exchange programmes (Avoid Link farms though). Create a "Link to Us" page on your site and make sure your site has that little "extra" so that people link to your site. Make sure your site has lots of content (useful content, I might add) as search engines love lots of content .....

Of course, before you start doing all this make sure your site has been finished as it's quite hard to get people to link to an unfinished PR0 site.

And remember, Googlebot only visits your site the day you stop worrying about it! :D Best of luck!

I always use the add url, site verification, and google sitemap addition technique for getting indexed quickly. A day or 2 after doing this process I submit a blog at Blog Optimized or one of my other SEO blog spots and my site is crawled and indexed by Google within a week or so.

Backlinks are actually created doing this. They are temp links and directory links, such as those recommended in other posts here are a definite addition after this process.
