According to rule recieved from mail stats that we have to withdraw money within 30 days, but however i cant say what will happen if we dont withdraw within 30 days, but wait till tomorrow.I hope tomorrow all doubts will be cleared as due to weekend of Sat-Sun the Paypal blog was not updated.

mail stats means that many users recieved mails about new rules like we have to withdraw amt within 30 days,we cant purchase anything online and if we want to purchase then we have to use a CC. I meant that only. And in my above post,i meant that all users recieved mails on friday and due to sat-sun,paypal offices remain closed so there were no official update on their blog.by tomorrow all things will be clear.

If this new policy is updated for Indians then you can keep your money in paypal account f or 30 days , and you have to withdraw it in your bank within 30 days now

Paypal is relatively safe. However, my experience from money making forum handling is to not keep money to long in payment processors.
I once saved myself from loss of 5k in ebullion. Just sold out few days before it came crashing down.
