How long Google takes to ban an adsense account due to zero impression?

I have try to ask my issue here in this thread : Will google ban my account if I have little impression?

I got many relief reply there. But after I rethinking it again I'm affraid that my question are missleading. I decide to come up with a question that more suitable with my issue :

How long Google takes to ban an adsense account due to zero impression?

Is this term below still applied ?

hey bro i have read on their site one time that ot least takes 6 months when the account is inactive(no imp)
and also u urself give some impressions each week and thats ok

Beemboy, could you give me the link? I believe you, I just want to see it my self.

For the impression issue it was resolved, I can get it validly from digitalpoint's revenue sharing program but of course i can't depend on this all the time. I need to stand with my own site or blog, but my bad English just be a barrier for me.

You do not get banned for zero impression. Google TOS does state that.

Of course I do have it. If you read my thread which the link provided in first posf of this thread, you'd know my condition make it harder for me to learn English at the moment.
