As everybody probably know, Google keeps track IPs from where you login to your adsense account. But how long? Forever?

I have logged in my account many months ago at work, nobody knows my sites but there is a little possibility that some workmate goes to my computer and find my site and start to click ads... am I paranoid

I don't think google ever gets rid of any information. The chances of someone going onto your computer, stumbling onto your site, and then clicking an ad without your knowledge/encouragement is next to zero. You can always block that computer or IP from showing adsense.

Yes I have to do that. And also check out if all the computers use the same proxy server = the same IP.. probably not, thanks

I think it's better to deny access to my websites from some ips by blocking them in .htaccess file

flush out the cookies from any computer after you login with your adsense id if it is not your own PC at home or laptop or palmtop. That no way makes any difference as the ip is logged with adsense, however they are not paranoid about publishers loggin in from different ips as long as those ips dont generate a huge amount of clicks on a later date. Still, any ip generating too many clicks are flagged with adsense, whether they are genuine or not and usually gets checked manually if the amount involved in pretty huge or even if you website is not consistent enough with that kind of clicks being generated
