How long for Reply from Adsense

I receive a wrning about one of my pages and was told in the warning that if I do not fix the page then the ads could be disabled.

I changed the page based on what the email referred to vaguely, about suggesting links and have inquired to Google multiple times to get the ads going again.

Does anybody know how long it takes to get a reply in this situation. I have been waiting a full business week already.

The irony of the pitiful situation is that I did get a reply that declared basically that the economy was bad and then I got a customer service survey when I can not even get anybody to tell me what is going on.

I recall in the past that I had a site have ads turned off and then they said, oops, sorry, was a mistake and am wondering what the deal is here.

The page they referred to had been out there for some time in its current structure.

    Thanks,

    J

They don't disable the ads if you fix the page within the time frame so it is in compliance. If the disabled the ads, you either didn't make the changes within the time frame given OR the page still wasn't in compliance after you made changes. Once they disable the ads, it is usually next to impossible to have ads run on that site again. You can still run ads on other sites as long as you don't receive a termination notice.

Usually, they don't reply. If you are lucky, you get reply from them within a couple of days.

If you have fixed every thing that violated their TOS, I will suggest you to send another email requesting them to activate the ad. Write as much details as possible in your email.

adsense tells you not to contact them in this situation. all you need to do is to make your page compliant with adsense TOS and adsense robot will get the update and change their records accorningly. so if you writing to them with this situation, not sure they will ever respond
