How Long For PR 1?

My website is about 1 month old. How long do I have to wait to have PR 1? Thanks for the help.

 

You have to wait for the next update. Also time doesnt equal PR. Read about it before asking a question answered millions of times in the forums. For that you have the SEARCH option on top of this forum or google.

 

Get some links to your website and wait till the next PR update.

 

PR is related to the number of links pointing at your website. The more links you build the higher your PR will be

 

Tear up some sheets and put a kettle of water on to boil.

 

Start getting some links and you might surprise yourself at the next update. My first update got me a PR5.

 

Thanks for your inputs. I already got some link exchanges going, but I guess I'm just impatient...

 

Advice given above is needed. Start getting links by

• Reciprocal links
• Writing in forums and bolgs
• Article submissions
• submitting your site in thousands of FREE DMOZ like directories

Begain with directory submissions. I am sure you will not get PR1 in next update, but a PR4 or PR5.

 

By the way, when is the next PR update?

 

It just ended ... so the next PR update... after three months... or a little more... just keep on building links and you would definitely get more than just PR1 and you would simply feel great... You have a lot of time.... Whole three months...

 

Thanks for your help. One thing I underestimated was the directory submissions. I will proceed with that. Only problem though is that a lot of good directories now charge, except for DMOZ.

 

Do a search on this forum, you should get a nice list of free directories to submit to

 

another 3 months to wait then, i have only just launched my site
