A company I consult for recently launched a new product, and now that we are getting tons of attention, a few malicious sites have popped up, and started to rank VERY HIGH (#4 and #5 for the brand) that do nothing but infect a users computer with malware. I had everyone I know submit malware page notifications to Google but it's been about 12 hours now and the sites are still up and ranking in Google. Anyone know how long it typically takes Google to take action on these requests and get the URL's/sites removed from the SERPS?
