How long for ban to be lifted after it expires?

    Hello,

    My friend has account here and has been banned for 1 week. About 30 minutes ago the ban expired and it still says that he is banned.

    Does anyone know why this happening or if it is just a glitch?

    it may take an hour or two for the Banned beneath his name to go away, it may take several days.

    It probably goes through a cron job which bans/unbans accounts. I'm not sure how they've got it set up, but I'd give it a little longer and it should start working.

    It's probably the same cron job as the one that upgrades accounts, so ~ 1 hour.

    Yep, should take between 1 / 2 hours... but a few hours without DP.. he will survive ;)
