Yahoo seems to pick up new backlinks within days. Google takes a while. My new site's less than a month old and Yahoo lists about half of what's out there. Google & MSN list 0 so far.

Google will show few backlinks for your site and only those which are indexed by it Yahoo will show more number of backlinks as compared to others.
