About 70 seconds...but I do have quite a few things loading up. I am on XP Pro with SP3. Having a good vid card and lots of RAM helps...I'd like to upgrade to 8 or even 16 GB's Ram though.
My pc is 5 years old and never was formatted...It takes around 5 min to boot. :S Gonna buy a new one soon...
Well I have laptop with Original Windows Xp and it takes 10 to 15 seconds to boot up the system and run. It's bette then my desktop who takes 30 seconds to 1 min.
My computer takes around 30 to 40 seconds to boot. I'll reduce once i format my hard disk. If anyone here has a dual core or quad core CPU, you may wish to check out this tip for optimizing boot-up times: Increase Vista/Xp Boot Up Speed on Dual/Quad Core CPU’s
It takes 15-20 seconds to boot up. My both systems are taking this much of time. I guess its good timing.
I feel quite bored when my desktop boots because I don't know what to do for the entire 75 seconds it takes...
mine takes around 15 seconds... i`ve got a vista over a laptop & seeing the posts...i guess its pretty fast!!
