How long does the Competitive Ad filter take to go into effect?

    It's the first time I've wanted to block an ad. I've added their url (broad url) to the ad filter, refreshed the page and the ads are still there.

    Is there a delay or is it instantaneous and I filled something in wrong?

    It may take a few hours.
    But be sure that you used the correct url.

    You need to wait for some time.

    Not sure but I think you have to wait for at least few hours.
