How long does paypal take to verify my documents

Hi,

I have submited total of 10 documents for paypal and been waiting for 2 weeks since i last hear from them. (Requested additional documents)

I tried to email them but they havent response me.

Does it mean my documents have been declined?

How long does paypal take to verify your docs? Can you give me an advice what should i do now? (All my documents are real, and my money is legal) Thank you so much.

My paypal is australia account. (im an oversea student);

Currently im in my home country. I heard paypal hates asian people due to fraud activities... Is it okey if I make a call from my country?

 

You need to give them a call - usually it takes less than a week for them to verify

 

sure call is the best solution,, just takes a week for verify..

 

Generally it takes 48-72 Hours to verify your document , I was having problem and it was fixed within 48 hours

 

If all your documents are clean and your details are correct. They will release your account, else, donno what they wud decide. Btw, PP doesn't hate Asian people, they hate the Asian Govt. lol

 

i got all approvals in paypal in 48 hours.i don't know why it takes ths much time for you

All my information are real, so i will make a call by my phone tomorrow, it is 8.15PM in australia now and i think they dont work at this time.

I hate my government also. (If they know that they will take me to the jail)
