Hey I was just wondering how long it usually takes to get articles on the first page of google once you have the needed backlinks is there is an allintitle competition of about 2,000 pages? Thanks in advance for your help
It really depends on the article. I've had some get indexed within an hour, while others still aren't indexed after three months. I do the same thing with each article--onlywire submission and stumbleupon. I'll link back to relevant ones on blogs and hubs, but if they aren't indexed by that time, I doubt they ever will be. I do notice that articlesbase gets indexed more quickly, but it also seems to fall off the radar just as fast.
"needed backlinks" do not ever say this lol. You could get a page ranked to number 1 without any backlinks. Or a site with a million links may not be ranked 1. Depends on mainly keywords and title and the competition. Google ranks on quality of content for its users. Remember that.
Absolutely To answer your question, articles get indexed within a few hours, to get them to the first page by building backlinks takes about forever
True for saturated niches, not true for low to medium competition niches. You should be targeting long-tails in lower-competition niches. Build backlinks from respected sites and you'll be on the first page more quickly than you think. I've done it in two days. Even in higher competition niches, 3000 backlinks from junk sites doesn't mean much to Google. 50-100 from quality backlinks will win you the battle 99% of the time.
