How long does it take to see the results of good SEO?

    No specific time limit. If you ping your backlinks or the urls where they are located you can have them crawled faster and possibly indexed quick but there is no set time for a link or page to be indexed by Google. In fact Google is extremely picky about whether or not a link is even accepted.
