In October 2010 I sold a website on flippa. But around November 20th the buyer filled a dispute in paypal. Now the case is still under review of paypal. The domain also wasn't returned.
I tried contacting paypal many times. But everytime they replied that they will solve this asap. But still no results.

How long will it take more?

Did you try to make a call? If you call them and also the other person involved in this case will call them, you ll solve the problem in maximum 48 hours.

Usually they give 20 days for a dispute, and 30 days to resolve a claim (which is opened if you didn't come to an agreement with the buyer during the dispute). But in some cases it may take more time to investigate and take a final decision.

Up to six months if they think that dispute was opened with a valid argument. They are probably waiting for you two to resolve the case.
