    It took me 28 days to get approved for Adsense. But that was my 4th attempt. You don't have to reapply unless you get any confirm reply from them. But make sure that the website for which you have applied is getting enough traffic.
    I have applied through hubpages. It is a well known article writing website. And that why I got approved in short duration. It might take a bit longer for you, just have patience and try to get more traffic on it.
