The guys at The Website Group in the UK have produced this quality infographic with data from the backlink checker website ahrefs all about how long it takes to get a website to the top of the Google listings.

Publish each new page on your Google+ profile. You'll have a good chance to show up on the first page within the hour! I do this with every page, and well over 50% of those new pages show up on page 1 of Google that same day, sometimes within minutes!

Well researched Infographic, well said that there are number of factors but How to explain to those whose mentality is to get Rank in the Google with in a month; Yes, it is possible for the long tail keywords, or for the Domain name; It is also true that taking SEO services for One month - Not at all to Get at first page - My opinion.
SEO Scenario changed a lot Along with ranking factors there are many more things ; Business brand Visibility is at Top Priority.
