How long does it take Google to pickup backlinks

    If I do a "site:www.maxiarcade.com" it shows 93 pages indexed, but when i do a "link:www.maxiarcade.com" it shows nothin....Now I know for a fact there are quite a few links to my site..but Google just doesnt seem to pick them up, unlike MSN.

    Is there timeframe or is it just when the G bot feels like it...

    Normally the backlinks update is done every 3 months.
    Being the last one on 27th Dec.

    Cool, didnt realise you could nail it down to an approximate date...that certainly explains things i guess, looking forward too seeing the updated stats.

    It depends on Google.
    But you can check through one trick that is
    search for www.yoursite.com in Google it will give you some idea of backlinks indexed by Google.
