Just a simple question right?Well, you can simply just share with us by answering the question on the topic.

Just curious to know.I heard that it take a month to be indexed.Maybe there is some other way to be indexed fast by those search engines.Who knows.

It can be as quick as a day, and as long as...never. There isn't one answer....it depends on the strength of inbound links to your site.

I found that it is fairly quick if you did proper on-site-optimization for MSN and if you used sitemap efficiently for Google. :)

It be indexed in google in 2-3 days if you submit sitemap to google and get some good PR backlinks to your site.
Along with that you need good fresh content on your site.

There is never such "so-called" time of indexing for any search engines. Mostly it depends upon On-Page Optimization like how frequently your site gets indexed by the search engine robots. It may take 24 hrs or may even take 24 months. Off Page optimization takes pretty much longer than on-page optimization!! So, it all depends upon the implementations of correct SEO techiniques on any particular website. Hope this helps:)

Hmm.ok man.thanks for that. Why I open this thread is because I sometimes heard that it is easy to get index by google.msn etc and sometimes I heard it is hard and take month to get index. That's why i wanna ask your opinions.

Would be great if there is a site telling the exact way how to get indexed fast.We surely can't wait too long right?

If you get linked to from a site that has high traffic or high PR then you can count on Google finding your site and indexing it.

The key to just about everything as far as offsite SEO is concerned is: getting people to link to you.

I would challenge that assumption based upon my experiences with many different types of websites and the time it took for them to be indexed by Google.

I've had sites with just a placeholder page come up indexed on the second page of results within a few days, and some sites with many inbound links take months to get indexed.

One thing I can say for certain: Google has some amazing software running behind the scenes.

If your keywords and content match well, and your content is highly searched on, and there are not many other sites offering the content you are offering, you're going to get indexed immediately. And you'll also show up high in the results, even if your SEO is not done very well.

It depends on search engine (as google takes 2 or 3 days) and your site popularity and its designing and its content
