How long does it take for your computer to start up?

Hello brothers

Wondering what the average is for how long a computer starts up, I'm guessing it depends on the brand?
Anyway we will see, when ya turn it on start slowly counting till the login page.

I believe mines 13 seconds

 

I believe that normal computer system takes 5 to 15 sec and depends there speed or config and what process time will they take.

Recently I switch from windows to macOSx and my macbook start's in less than 8 seconds

 

Wow & i though mine was fast :-s

 

When i bought my laptop it was working fine... It took just 5sec to get started. But now its taking some 30sec to get started.

 

lol I think the more space on your hardrive the faster your comp is, or maybe not idk :S

 

You are wrong on that one.....Space in HDD doesn't matter at all.

6 seconds for me.

 

It takes almost 15 seconds for my computer to be ready.

 

Dunno, but I'm guessing around 30-40 seconds on W7.

 

Mine takes around 15 seconds to start on XP. When I had Win7 it took around 30 seconds.

 

I am using VISTA on my HP Pavillion and it takes around 20 secs to get the startup screen.

 

You guys have fast computers. My com need about 50 secs to start up and ready to be use.

 

My PC takes only 55 seconds to start

 

Mine takes about 20 secs to start
