How long does it take for the Amazon check to reach India

Amazon affiliates in India, can you give me any idea when do you receive your amazon affiliate checks each month? This is the first time I am going to receive the check. The check has been sent but I have no idea how long will it take to reach here. Thanks in advance

 

I'm from India and it takes around 2 weeks for checks to arrive via normal post from USA.

 

Thanks. Apparently I received my check today. I was not expecting it so early. Btw can you explain to me how can I cash it?? Its in USD and I am not sure if my bank accepts foreign checks. I have an account in State Bank of India. Do you just go to the bank and they guide you through all the steps? Or there is something I need to do that the bank may ask before submitting the check there? Also are you required to fill out any special forms??

 

Yes, you'll need to fill in 'Foreign Currency Check Deposit' form and submit it to the bank. Your check will be cleared in 2-3 weeks and there will be some processing charges (around Rs. 300/-) for clearing the check.

If that is the case you have to first contact the Amazon authorities mentioning the missing of your checks.

 

i contacted with amazon service. amazon reissued my check and now i am waiting for my 2 checks.

please let me know India postal service receive amazon check from USA postal service?
