I just got some PR 4 links to my site. How long does it usually take for google to spider the pages again and update them in its index.
From what I can tell, the higher the pr the more often that page will be crawled and re-indexed. Even though a site may show a pr 4 it may have enough links that it is now giving it say a pr of 6 or higher but will not be visiable until the next update. But even with a pr 4 the link should be picked by google in at least a few weeks maybe longer or maybe even sooner. But they will find it one day.
Besides high PR, content freshness is also a important factor to encourage bots visit. I have a SEO site that display fresh feed content and the bots visit my site every 5 to 7 days.
One of our sites is spydered every day and indexed nearly always within 3 to 5 days but sometimes not often we are indexed the same day
I dont think it is fixed (means ther is no certain period for it ).Basicaly it depends on ur Contents or matter as we know Nothing is more tempting to a search engine spider than content . 2nd thing is your Meta tag Ofcourse. (i dint write this from my practical knowledge rather from my theoritical knowledge (or u can say from this forum.) Every 3/ 4 months Google catche ....So keep ready ur pages by that time.
