    How did you add them? Did you follow the guidelines of taking off the www (for example not www.best4sitesSUCKS.com to best4sitesSUCKS.com)?

    AdSense says 4 hours officially here. Also, it says that you should contact them if the ads still be shown on your site after 12 hours.

    Check to make sure that the url displayed in the ad is the same as the actual url of the site to be blocked. They could be different. Other than that, if the ad filter hasn't worked then yes, I think contacting Google would be a good move.

    I have also the same problem - 2 days ago I entered 200 MFA websites like digg4it.com; 7-8-9topsites.com etc, but I am seeing them right now in a few of my websites :(

    MFA = made for adsense
    website made for adsense advertising in your website and they just pay you $0.01 :D:D

    so better you add as many MFA sites.
