You need to be building backlinks. That is the most important factor in getting rankings on most search engines. You should read some seo tutorials, especially ones about link building. There are a lot of strategies that you can use, but you want to make sure you do it right.

About the Alexa Ranking, that is just a toolbar ranking that gives you a popularity score based on all other people using that toolbar. Since it is a limited sample of people, the results are not very accurate. The stats tend to skew towards webmaster/seo/tech websites as those are the people using the toolbar the most. Most people don't bother worrying about this ranking unless they want to sell ads.

From what I see your site can be easily found in Google. Just write the name of the site in Google and it's there. And well indexed.

SEO takes time and if it's very competitive it can take years ...

It boils down to your target keywords. If your keywords are too competitive, it'll take months, even years, before you appear at the top of search results.

maybe you need to start building your links to quality and related sites and then always update your site with a fresh content. alexa rankings is a measurement of the traffic flow of your website the lower the count the better.

If your site has been indexed which you check with the site:www.yoursite.com the next step is to SEO which you have said you've done. The next thing would be to begin with a marketing campaign which consists of building quality backlinks towards your site. You can do this through do follow blogs, article marketing, press releases, and social bookmarking. You should also invest some time with researching the competition of your niche for a the specific keywords you would like to be on top for.

i think there must be some other factors to let google index your sites, for example, www.suyang.net, about 1 week already, still not indexed by google.

ok so backlinks is bassicly advertising and putting links on other sites and draw traffic from there

yeah they keywords might be a problem because for example flash games its a very used term for all the flash game websites so its going to be hard to pop on the top with that

An my other question like i was saying if i change the server will that be a problem on google do i have to start again indexing and all that ?

Depends upon the work which you are doing for your site. Using SEO tactics will definitely take some time; may be few weeks, days or months too. Just have patience and continue to build backlinks to your site.

If you want your site to appear in SERPs, then you will need to keep updating your site. Also try to get some relevant and quality backlinks: and you will need to wait for sometime. New sites appear in SERPs after some time period.

If your site is brand new, you probably want to develop links over time in a fairly consistent manner. If you grow x links this month then you want to create x or more the next month. And that number sets the baseline for the following month.
If your competitors are a number of years old then it is probably going to take at least a year to catch up unless they are bad at marketing and link building or you have a great marketing idea that will help you build many organic links.
Having the Alexa toolbar installed gives you the opportunity to see the Alexa rankings of the sites you visit...there are countless web surfers out there who do not use the toolbar and would probably never consider doing so, wherein lies the Alexa's major limitation. There are websites which receive a steady and decent amount of traffic but whose Alexa rankings do not necessarily reflect this for their visitors' browsers are not equipped with the Alexa toolbar. So not to worry too much about it..
