How long does google usually take to index sites?

hi guys,

I just submitted by site sitemap XML to google. When I go to check the indexed url's it says "no indexed url's check back soon". Well how long, usually, is soon?

I don't want to give my site name, it is a .com domain

 

if u are active with link building, give it a week

 

I would say atleast 2 weeks.

 

It mainly depends on quality and quantity [quality over quantity] of your backlinks.

 

I started aabout 2 days ago, spent 3$ advertising and i am indexed with about 3-4 pages but it can take a week or 2 normally,

 

Get some good links to your site, and your site could be indexed and cached within a couple hours.

 

Typically with a new site it shows in the index in a week to two weeks, even with link building and social bookmarking. I've seen some show sooner, but that's been my experience for the most part.

 

to start with u should get some links from pages that r indexed in google n after it;s crawled google would index u...

 

Posted some sitemaps and after 3-4 days alot of them were indexed.

 

i got mine indexed in 1 day by posting it on craigslist lol

 

Maximum 1 week. Be active in forums and leave the link to your site in places where the googlebots are active. You can even have your site indexed within a day! That depends on your talent
