Hi, I was wondering... when you have contacted Google Adsense help.... how long has it taken for them to get back to you? I e-mailed them yesterday morning about a fear over the amount of clicks I have... yet I haven't heard anything from them. The issue is still bothering me.. and I'm fearing that they'll never get back to me! Thanks
It's very important to email them using your email address that's registered with AdSense too - it gets much faster results as they get qeued differently. If you've done that, you'll get a response within 48-72 hours as Roman pointed out.
Once I got an answer in 2 hours, and other times I got it in 3 days. It really depends on what department are you mailing you mail to. If it's towards the Corporate (Google appliance and the rest) Dep., you will get an answer in 2 hours. Go figure why
Googs responds in about a day if all you have is a, "Is this okay?" question. But if the question requires more work on their part, such as yours, it'll be at least 2 days, as it has to be pushed "up the ladder" to other departments (to check your stats, etc).
Let us know when you finally hear from them. For future reference, without going into specifics, it'd also be nice to know the subject of the email and if you used an email address on file with them as an AdWords or AdSense publisher; thanks.
I emailed them regarding a surge of clicks... and was just worried some of them were fraudulent. They e-mailed me back about two days later and said they would continue to monitor the situation and that if for any reason there are invalid clicks, they will adjust my account.
Thanks for the followup, it's always nice to add it into the mix of previous variables to get a more consistent prediction model so to speak With a somewhat timely answer, can I assume you also emailed them from an account on file with them?
