How long does google take to find backlinks?

When google indexed my site I have links to other sites (and them to me) backlinkwatch.com finds them but google did not?

 

to show in google link:domain search can take up to few weeks, and sometimes it will never show.
even if they never show it doesn't mean they have no value in google.

 

plz some one explain more about it i also want to know about it

 

To check backlinks in google you have to be registered with their webmaster tools. From there you can check what Google sees....the link: command does not work properly for accurate data.

 

Thaks, google backlinks in webmaster tools does not show it. I guess I need to wait because I know that my site www.no-lag.com has backlinks.

 

You will never be able to find all baacklinks through link: method.The only way out is to sign up for Google Webmaster Tools.It will show you both dofollow and nofollow links.

my site had 60 backlinks on yahoo
and 0 in google

keep checking the pages which have your link on in google, visiting the cache. once you can see they have cached it you can probably safely assume the link will count within 2 weeks from cache date.

 

Google doesn't show all backlinks. They haven't for years.

There is best solution for your problem is that try to Google webmaster tool and find out which links are follow and which are not follow on your website and also in Google indexing, so in that way you will get the idea that How much time Google will take to index my link and also try to read some blogs about search engine index process and times.

 

It can take a long time. I try Yahoo and Google tools, and other sites like backlink watch, but even those can take a month to update (and they're not 100% accurate).

 

i think we must have quality back link from other site.
And of course deep link.
Because Google will not show if we just have back link which not quality and not relate with our theme of site.

link:site.com is kinda retarded and don't work as expected, sometimes it shows link which are not even exists i mean it shows old data and updates rarely

 

there is no set time on how long google will take or number they will take just up to them. Just do unique content and they should take it.

 

You shouldn't spend the time worrying about when they're going to get indexed, worry about building more.

 

Depends on how often Google crawls the site you are getting a backlink on.

 

means the links on the pages that you that are not so worth means you need quality backlink that will show only if you can post your backlink on your blogs etc. then google will not show the same because google will go for quality not for quantity

 

I think google web tools says I have 2k backlinks and checker says 3k
