How long does a google backlink updates you?

    When you have a backlink from another site or blog, how long does it take for your backlink to appear?

    For me about a month. However many backlinks are not considered as backlinks.

    mostly google updates every 3 to 4 months.

    Ive always beleived it is updated once every 3 months, however i cannot confirm that is actually true, as i dont know for definate.

    i think google needs nearly 3 months to update backlinks from a web site
