i had sent an email to the person and waited 2 days with no reply,so i filed the dispute. paypal doesn't say anything about it,so i'm thinking about waiting just 2 days then escalate it if there is no reply.
Depends on what I'm buying and if I think they are going to fix a problem. If you think that they may take the money and run, they are doing fraudulent business, or if they aren't going to deliver, then don't delay. Otherwise, wait a few days, especially during the holiday season. Customer service generally crashes this time of year. I'm sure that a little patience is appreciated, but again if they aren't going to deliver and you can't contact them, don't delay.
Well how long you keep it is up to you. Just make sure its all done within 30 days as PayPal will refuse to do anything regarding a transaction that was made from more then 30 days ago.
