How long do you wait before ask for manual review?

    Do you wait for more than 24 hours before contacting adwords for your ads review?
    Once you change your keyword/ad text, it's gonna be reviewed again :| Tiring process...

    * does changing campaign setting required review again?

    any change to a text ad will cause it to go through review. A keyword change will not
