I will sleep generally 6-7 hours if I have school or work that next day, but if I don't, I will sleep around 8-10 hours (Just not at night. )
I think sleep is a waste of time. I avoid sleeping no more than 5-6 hours a night. But hey, when you gotta sleep you gotta sleep. It all just adds to that 1/3rd of the time you waste your life.
Couldn't get to sleep until about 11pm last night thanks to the party we had next door. Wish my apartment complex would do something with their "security" service like getting them to show up on occasion.
I get around 7 hours of sleep every night. I'm feeling fine still so I guess that I'm sleeping enough.
I'm jealous of all you who can sleep 9+ hours a night. No matter how hard I try, I just can't do that anymore. Lately all I can do is about 7 hours. I feel fine though, so it must be all that my body needs to function.

a common belief that 8 hours of sleep is required per night, but i sleep 7 hours in the night, and then take a nap for an hour in the noon.
