I'm the complete opposite, can happily stay up all night and feel fine the next day, up until about 1pm, then it's just "neeed..sleeep"
Weekends i'd say about 5-6 hours and weekdays prolly around 7-8 deepening on what i did all day. I just got out of a terrible sleep pattern , id bee sleeping all day and up all night lol. I would wake up like 12am and go to sleep around dinner time.
I have to wake up in the morning to take my little son to school so I just sleep about 3 hours a day. But honestly I feel more active during the whole day rather if I sleep 8 or 10 hours.
On weeknights about 6 hours, weekends probably 7-8. I don't like sleeping too long, it wastes the day. Well if I came home from an intense party then I could sleep for a good 10 hours .
