How long do affiliate networks generally take to report conversions?

    For example, on an email lead offer, how long would one expect until the conversions are reported? Or on a sale? Is it relatively instant, or a few days?

    Some of them have live stats and show sales instantly, some of them wait several hours and some approve them several days later, it all depends on the network.
