How long did it take you to make more than $100 dollars a day?

polls like these are pointless. In the end it doesn't matter how/when someone else made there money. You are not going to be doing exactly what that poster did or not in the same situation as they are. You may have no money to spend on advertising so it would take you longer or you might come into it with a $50,000 bank roll. Should take you alot less time. YOU DO YOU.

It depends on the route you take.

I have chosen to never spend money on advertising so that leaves me the following: Content creation and SEO (and related activities). One activity that I have found extremely difficult is building QUALITY incoming links to internal pages on my website so that they get as much traffic as the Home page and the other 4 or 5 popular pages.

I may revisit article marketing as I have found some good advice on these threads. Where Article Marketing has been a waste of time for me is using Ezine Articles because they provide very few if any relevant backlinks (none are ever from quality sites). People say they market with Ezine Articles because those articles rank well and bring in traffic. That's stupid, why provide content for EzineArticles dot com when you could be creating that content for YOUR OWN SITE and getting natural SE traffic directly to YOUR SITE? Dumb.

Now, there may be some use to Article Marketing using a tool like Article Marketing Automation (which I'm looking at now) to get some backlinks to my site's internal pages.

Anyway - this post is too long already - I've been doing affiliate marketing for a few years (very much part time) and I'm now up to consistently making 3-400 per month now.

 

My receipt is to focus on quality content. Engage the users and invest time in SEO and Call-to-action and proper placement of the Adsense Ads. Relavant SEO content gives most relevant ads and a higher clickthrough!

 

I have had varying degrees of success.
Search Marketing made hundreds on some days, less on others.
Adsense has tipped at over a hundred on occasion.

Chitika and Azoogle- never anywhere near that.

Don't put all of your eggs in one basket or in one niche.
Diversify, experiment, repeat the process.

 

My site is 40 days old and I make 3-4 $ per week
