how long did it take you to get your first $100

I think my first one took about 4 months, it's getting shorter nowadays though as I am adding more sites

 

Less than 48 hours. It was back when adsense was invite only and JUST was introduced to the world. I put it on an established community site that really had never seen ads as such on a forum before (context relevant), and the clicks paid REAL good. Received 4-5 $7.54 clicks alone the first few hours.

Good ole days... but still have my original account and still making money with it.

 

It took me a fortnight to reach 100$ mark. Launched my blog in september only.. I am still waiting for the pin to reach my place..

 

Less than a week.

 

It took me about a month and it was around 7 years ago.

 

ok now... i've made 100$ in 21 days from start on my of my websites

 

Im still working on the $100 dollar mark for a 3 month blog. My earning is accelerating lately with some SEO.

 

3 days to $70, but stuck at there until now

Well in the two day I have had it I have made $1.87. So at that pace it will take me 106.95 days. I will let you know if I actually reach it before.

 

took me about 10 months..

but i'm really experimenting.. i've made the mistake of having quiet some lowpaying keyword domains...

once i get all of them developed i'll start going after high paying niches

 

For me it took 2 months

 

It took 3 month for me. Now it's faster

 

It took me about 2 and a half months to reach the 100$ mark.

Took so long because the site was new (just ~ one month old, then),
and didn't get much traffic.

what kinds of sites do you guys use

 

well, its been 3 weeks for me and im 11$ short.

 

I started blogging this June and my first $100 came in 14 days with a brand new site and domain. But it got progressively better. I am closing october with 1K+ (it would have been more but last 2 weeks my revenue dropped by 50%)

 

I just got there today actually. I've had adsense sitting on a few sites for about a year now, but I never promoted them or did anything with the sites. In August I started working the sites pretty hard, and I've made about $75 since then...and it keeps going up, which is good. So I'd say it took me about 4 months of real work to get to $100

 

I started with 0 sites when I first joined. It took around 2-3 months for my first check. From there I have gotten a check each and every month. I use multiple PPC programs. You never know if one will piss you off so going with a few different ones are a good idea. Diversification. It's been around 2 years now and I make around 600 a month from adsense. I work at it every day adding content to my sites and working the off page SEO factors

I got adsense on the 17th of February, and remeber getting pissed off cuz my balance was 97 at the end of february and had to wait an extra month..
