How long did it take for your site to get to 300 avg visitors daily?

After 5 is only 4 months old. I suspect it will take more time before I start gaining more traffic from search engines. I'm sure I'm about to be sandboxed by Google (if I haven't already), and it will take time to work that out. I'm happy with my success so far, and like you say, SE's can be fickle. I think I'll stick to tried and true methods of geenrating traffic instead of chasing the latest algo beater.

 

I spread the word around at my school. Word of mouth is the best way :-D

Also I buy adspace on www.Adbrite.com sites

 

Its took me a month to get average of 5K uniques daily

 

For a tool like keyword elite you've got a huge word of mouth thing going for you as well considering the popularity of seo elite. So that is an unusual case and it won't work like that for everyone.

You've got a lot of good free games to play so that helps a lot as well. Having really valuable and fun content makes seo ten times easier but some average joe selling blue widgets or giving out diabetes information might not have the same success.
