Hi, A couple of weeks ago I decided to start a blog with a marketing theme. So far it only has 4 posts, but they are lengthy and are of great quality. Obviously I'm not expecting people to start posting comments yet and telling their friends etc.. because I know how many blogs there are out there. So I was curious as to how long it took for your blog to 'take-off' so-to-speak; ie: gaining serious traffic and start receiving comments. Also, what steps you took to get to the stage. Thanks, Lee.
This question is really too difficult to answer. It depends a lot on your marketing efforts, but the genre you are in can have a huge impact to. We have a small niche website / blog and it really started generating some traffic early on. However, I would imagine if you are in the "make money online" genre, then it may be a while before you ever see any results. You really need to get involved with maybe even your competitors and become a respectable person in whatever genre you are in. This is sometimes more difficult in certain areas.
I have a content with great content, i get comments, i'm just not good at keyword research, its been 6 weeks: Link: webmaster help
It depends how much traffic you deliver to your site. I think article marketing with keyword research is good.
