because my account was disable and i submitted a appeal form a month ago, but no reply.

 

1 month is too long, they most likely discarded your appeal.

Submit one again, or better yet, submit one in writing to their office and request a reply.

by the way, i send another email to their support: yesterday, hope they will reply within 3 days.
