How long before SERP's reflect page Title changes

    I updated my primary landing page title and meta description tag a few days ago. Then, I updated my sitemap and resubmitted it to Google's webmaster's tools.

    The SERP's still show my old page title and meta description, and I was wondering how long it typically took to spread through all the data centers. A few days? A few weeks? A month? A lifetime?

    it depends on how long the bots will crawl your site again. just wait.. a week or so will do. be patient ;)

    What? Be patient? You mean if I make slight changes to my site the lazy b*stards at Google won't hop right on it? Methinks the folks in Mountain View are getting a wee bit cocky. :p

    It just depends on how strong your site is, it can take a day or months to get it updated.

    I think it depends on ur PR !
    If u have high PR then ur site will get crawled fast ; else slow ?

    It depends on quality of site. It may take anywhere from less than 24 hours to couple of weeks.
