I've been building links on my site, but it's new. PR is still at 0 and so is compete. How long does it take before PR and compete update. The site is 3 weeks old and alexa ranks it at 499,000.
Usually if a site attains a certain PR, it won’t be reflected until the next update. Some SEO experts need only need 1 cycle round of PR update to get a ranking. The next update should be around end of this month or early of August.
I don't know where I heard this but I heard a webiste could only be ranked for PR if it was over 3 months old? I am currently at PR0 too, but the site has been up for over 3 months now and getting a good amount of traffic
if your site is new, the 2nd update will give is more likely to give you Page Rank. Anyway.. i think the next pr update will be around august/september.
last update happend on the 28th April, next one should be around 28th-30th july as google page rank updates approximately every 3 months.
I think it depend on Google, if your site is index in google and it is more than two month old with some good BL, google may update you in the next PR update.
Ive had sites that got a PR within a couple weeks old of of the PR update. Some others had to wait like 3 or 4 months.
wait for the next pr update, alexa ranking doesn't matter. no matter if your rank is 0, are you getting traffic or not?
It all depends on your backlinks and where in google PR review cycle your site hits. If you are getting traffic I wouln't worry about it too much.
