How long before Matt Cutts deletes or locks his "how to report paid links" post?

    Nice replies too. So he is the one who started all these "paid links are bad" rumors that have spawned about 10 threads about how the world is ending.

    Cutts needs a reality check if he thinks google will ever be able to find paid text links. Even if they took down every major link seller, every site could just manage it on their own. If they try to suppress it, it will just become a more quiet black market.

    Like I said before, no matter what they do to rank websites, the system can and will be manipulated by someone.

    But basically, this is just a rumor, and if anyone has spent (read: wasted) time reading Cutts or watching his videos, you'd realize he has nothing but very vague, very useless things to say.

    You can only report what you know about. If you report on those you know about, they will buy links to your site and report on you. You'll be lucky if competitors don't that anyway.

    Then there are all those that have bought links that you will never know about.

    See what a fun atmosphere we'll have? Everyone keep listening to cutts, he has a lot of GREAT ideas.
