how long before hits start coming in?

I would first like to thank everyone that contributes to this amazing site. I have not found a better site.

OK, I started using my adsense account and well, no money

I have wrote ten articles sumitted them to ezine articles and still have not seen anything.

I have heard of social book marking,Good or bad idea?

Does anyone know of some effective ways to get people to go to one of my sites, and start getting some clicks.

If you have good quality, unique articles , visitors will come to your site.
Yes, social bookmarking is good to be used for article sites.

It takes some time, to be able to earn money you have to have a good amount of visitors, so you should make your website user friendly and build quality backlinks, and put your signature on all forums you are a member of.

I would say you need to give it 2 months or so. It could be quicker if you got some quality links from other sites to your new site. Patience my friend !

Try adding more pages to you site while you wait for traffic. That will increase traffic. The more pages of content you have, the more of a chance you will pick up search engine traffic.

 

Social Bookmarking is a good way to promote your site..
but, you need to place the ads well to get clicks.
