How long before adwords approves my image ad.

    I have started a new banner campain with adwords but it has been several hours and I don see my banner live.

    typically 2 ~ 7 business days to be revised before receive the first impression.

    Would it be ok if I only bid .25 1000 impressions, they dont give you an idea on how much you should bid.

    Any suggestions??
