I just sold a domain that expires within 4 days... The guy has around 19 feedback on NP, but no verified address which means no seller protection for me.. Then again this guy is in a foreign country...
The payment says Completed, but many people say this doesn't matter...

    Anyway, What should I do?
How long does it take for payments to "CLEAR" with paypal

I am not sure if you can even transfer a domain that expires in 4 days. I guess it depends on who it is registered with but many have restrictions on domains that expire within 7 days.

As far as protection, you have none for digital goods on Paypal. There is no way to guarantee that the buyer will not charge back or file a dispute. Check out what he did to get his feedback and look at his posting habits. It is not that hard to spot a scammer. If he looks legit, transfer it. If not, you may have to pay the renewal cost and transfer it at a later agreed upon time. This should have been negotiated prior to the sell.

I guess if you really don't trust the person you sold it to you shouldn't continue with the transaction and sell it to someone else.
