How long after payment do you push domains?

I just sold a domain that expires within 4 days... The guy has around 19 feedback on NP, but no verified address on Paypal, which means no seller protection for me.. Then again this guy is in a foreign country...
The payment says Completed, but many people say this doesn't matter...

    Anyway, What should I do?
How long does it take for payments to "CLEAR" with paypal

It should be immediate with PayPal balance or a credit card, but 3-4 days for bank transfers and/or eChecks.

I always push after I receive the payment. I haven't been ripped off yet.

How can you tell if it was from Paypal/credit card balance or bank transfer?

You'll know it was a transfer or an eCheck if it says payment is pending. Otherwise the payment is completed immediately and says payment complete.

Once it says complete and the money shows in your account, it's complete.

    Same here.

If you are worried about the buyer screwing you over and getting the domain, plus a chargeback, then use escrow.com instead of paypal.
