less than a month. first day i signed up with clickbank, i took a hoplink and posted the url on a linkexchange site... within 20 minutes i actually made a sale.. commission was $45 ... i was so shocked. hahaha

me... did it in about 1 month...
My first adsense check was $404(4 months ago)
I didn't hav any websites that time...just reached it with free blogspot blogs.

I did it in one month, but my website had been online for years and already had a steady traffic stream. IMO that's what you need to focus on: creating content that gets actual visitors to bookmark and share with their friends.

I reached $100 today! yay! it took me exactly 5 months. THANKS DP!

I had really poor impressions/uniques in the beginning but now it's growing (slowly but constantly). All three sites are non-english which also explains the bad figures..

Too bad it's 1st of April today when the $100 was broken, now I have to wait until the end of May for my first check, why couldn't it been yesterday!!

still working on that figure, but it is coming...Like many out there I got into the web after reading about adsense, ashamed to admit it actually, but now I am really into web design and blogging, it is like a passion I never thought I would have. A passion that is sending me grey a little, but still this kind of stuff goes well with my obsessed and never quit till i figure it out personality. The cash is just a bonus these days!
