hi friend, relevant link exchange with pr site exchange increase in link popularity how and high pr site link exchange me but my site pr-0 so my question is high link pr site decreased rank and increase my site pr what?????

 

Try to build up your oneway backlinks and PR before jumping into link exchanges. First, oneway backlinks carry more SEO weight. And owners of Websites with PR will be more willing to have reciprocal links if you have PR. Of course, if you have a high quality site, they will link to you regardless.
